The globe

The world
is praying.

Every light on the globe is a place where real people have asked for prayer. You only see a wide area, never a street and never a name. Tap a light, read what they need, and stop to pray.

White pillars are vigils: real events in the world, such as disasters and wars, found in public sources and named on every card.

How Covered works

  1. Ask

Write what you need prayer for in up to 280 characters, and pick a category. No name, no photo. The globe shows a wide area, or no place at all.

  2. Pray

Pull up the feed and read one request at a time. Praying isn’t a like. Stay with it, and Amen appears after a few seconds, when you’re ready to finish.

  3. Covered

Nobody sees who prayed, or how many. With an optional account, come back to your request, close it, and leave an update for the people who kept it on their prayer list.

The moment

Stop and pray.

A request stays on screen while you pray for it, and the globe turns to show where it came from. After a few seconds, Amen appears. If anyone else is praying for the same request right then, you’ll see how many. Never who.

Built to protect you

No names.

Requests carry no name and no photo. Ask about anything, and nobody who reads it can tell it was you.

No streets.

Your phone turns your location into a named area of more than 20,000 people, and only that area is sent. Or leave the place off entirely.

No likes.

No followers, no profiles and no scores. Requests are deleted a year after they’re posted, and accounts a year after their last visit.
